A precious moment in Thattekere Lake We explorers didn’t want to waste the Ramzan holiday and so we searched for an adventurous tourist spot. I searched for the water bodies in and around Bangalore. Came across the Thatekkere Lake in Wikipedia and also got to know that it is situated in the thick of an Elephant corridor and extreme caution should be exercised while in this area. Thattekere Lake is also a haven for bird watchers and one of the prettiest spots to see in Bangalore. As soon as the information about the elephant spread among us, we were very anxious to take a glimpse of the lake desperately. ` Then along the day of Ramzan, we got ready earlier than anticipated. We began our day with a healthy south Indian breakfast in Filter Coffee restaurant located in Kalyan Nagar. We all had a bite of podi dosa.
